DAYTONA BEACH---Vintage Props & Jets, the airline that offered daily flights from Daytona Beach International Airport to the Bahamas, has temporarily ceased operations. The airline, which flew small planes and carried fewer than 10 people on each flight, cited escalating fuel prices. Its final flight was Friday. The suspension of flights comes after the airport saw its traffic drop 27 percent between June and the previous year.
